TBR Football understands that Conor Gallagher is still yet to receive a contract offer from Chelsea.
England ace Conor Gallagher is out of contract in little over 12 months and Chelsea top-brass insist that they will sell anyone before they get the chance to move on a free.
Tottenham, Newcastle and West Ham are all ready to make a move for Gallagher – but the player himself wants to stay at Stamford Bridge.

However, TBR understands that Gallagher is growing increasingly concerned at the lack of a firm offer from the Chelsea top-brass despite talks that first started last summer.
Head coach Mauricio Pochettino has made his feelings known on Gallagher – he wants the player to be handed a new long-term deal.

It has been an underwhelming debut season for former Spurs boss Pochettino, with the Blues currently sitting ninth in the Premier League.
Alongside Cole Palmer, Gallagher is one of few Chelsea players who has caught the eye under the Argentine.
The Englishman has been a regular since Pochettino's switch to Stamford Bridge, netting six times and providing eight assists in 45 appearances. Gallagher has also captained Chelsea regularly this season in the absence of Reece James and Ben Chilwell.
The £50 million-rated midfield has long been on Tottenham's radar, with Ange Postecoglou looking to bolster his options in midfield this summer.
Spurs have struggled to find the right balance in midfield in recent weeks and Postecoglou is lacking a suitable alternative to James Maddison.
In Gallagher, Tottenham would be getting a player who is capable of filling various roles in the middle of the park. The Chelsea star also seems well-suited to Postecoglou's high-energy style of football due to his tireless work-rate off the ball.
Gallagher’s future at the club could depend on Pochettino’s fate, with Chelsea doing their due diligence on potential replacements.
The former Spurs man’s future remains unclear at this stage but Sporting CP boss Ruben Amorim has admirers at Stamford Bridge.
