On Tuesday, journalist Gianluca Di Marzio stated Victor Osimhen prefers to make a switch to England. He also said the Napoli star's desire is to join Chelsea or Arsenal over PSG, and he’s willing to wait for either of them.

Wednesday's edition of Gazzetta dello Sport states the striker is set to leave the Serie A side in the summer window, and it'll be a battle between Chelsea and PSG for his signature.

The report focuses on the players who could replace the 25-year-old and it won't be easy, for the Italian club, especially since they’ve to qualify for the Champions League.

Gazzetta claim Chelsea's Romelu Lukaku, currently on loan at AS Roma, could be one of the options for Napoli.

Osimhen will cost around €120-130m and the newspaper states he 'would prefer Chelsea' this summer. Mauricio Pochettino's side, for their part, would like to include the 30-year-old Belgium international as part of the deal for the former Lille man.

This formula can help Chelsea part ways with Lukaku and lower the price for Osimhen, while the Naples club can get an experienced striker.

Lukaku's age and salary are 'not in line with Napoli’s parameters', but the report says it remains a possible solution, meaning the player-plus-cash deal for Osimehn could be an option they would still consider.
