According to UOL, Arsenal are one of the top European clubs interested in signing Brazilian winger Estevao Willian. The Premier League club understand the massive potential of the youngster and want to secure his services before any other club.

The Gunners are in constant contact with the player’s camp and might be launching a move soon. However, they will have to fight the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Barcelona. All these major clubs have also registered their interest in signing the player.

Estevao Willian – The next Messi?

Estevao Willian is a Palmeiras wonder kid who got promoted to the senior side at the start of the season. He is not a regular starter but his immense potential has already attracted interest from multiple clubs across Europe.

Willian is known for his incredible dribbling skills and pace. He has a great left foot and he is also working on improving his touches with the right one. He holds great ball-carrying ability and is versatile enough to feature on either side of the flanks.

The Brazilian attacker has netted six goals and provided three assists in 17 games this season. Due to his similar playing style with eight-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi, he has the nickname ‘Messinho’. His game will evolve further with experience and guidance.

Will Arsenal invest in Estevao Willian?

Arsenal are interested in signing Estevao Willian, whose contract runs until the summer of 2026. He has a reported release clause of €45 million and the Brazilian outfit isn’t going to negotiate on that in any circumstances.

Willian is 17 years old and cannot join a Premier League league until he turns 18 in April next year. It means the Gunners will have to reach a pre-agreement if they want to acquire his services without failure. It could be a good investment considering the kid’s talent. He can also serve the club for a long period.
